Our in-person chocolate truffle making course is a chance to learn traditional truffle making and inspirations for flavor composition with our in-house flavor composer, Sarah Shapiro. Each participant will create, mix, and roll 20 truffles to eat/bring home. We will provide the equipment, materials, and instructions; you just need to come prepared to stir and roll!
Sarah will lead a short writing workshop while the chocolate sets, this will be based on the event’s theme, and is optional.
By purchasing this product, you are placing a deposit and paying for 1 participant. We will be in touch shortly to discuss date, time, and location. The cost for each participant will be $99; the balance including any travel costs or extra materials will be due 2 weeks ahead of your event. There is a $500 minimum for the course to run. We say our sweet spot for participants is between 8-12, but we are delighted to work with your group.

While we love kids & kids eating chocolate, the course is most appropriate for ages 10 and up.
